Mr. Donaldson’s law experience in the state of Arizona spans more than 25 years. He maintains a general law practice with a specialty in the area of natural resources law, including mining and public land law. Mr. Donaldson represents clients before the Arizona State Land Department, United States Forest Service, United States Department of the Interior, and other state and federal agencies regarding public land issues, rights and permitting. He is licensed by the United States Department of Justice to issue title abstracts for proceedings before the Department of the Interior. His practice also includes initial and appellate levels of State of Arizona and federal courts.
